The Common Council directs the City Clerk to cause notice of the adoption <br />of this Declaratory Resolution for Personal Property Tax Abatement to be published pursuant to <br />Indiana Code 5 -3 -1, said publication providing notice of the public hearing before the Common <br />Council on the proposed confirming of said declaration. <br />SECTION VII. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its. adoption by <br />the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />s /Charlotte Pfeifer <br />Member of the Common Council <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3033 -01 <br />WHEREAS, a petition for real property tax abatement has been filed with the City Clerk for <br />consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana requesting that the area <br />commonly known as 2722 Tucker Drive, South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />The following parcels of Real Estate all located in St. Joseph County, Indiana: <br />A part of the South %2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br />East in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said <br />Section 15, 580.64 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4, said point being 172.0 feet North of the North right of way line of the <br />Indiana Northern Railway Company; thence Westerly parallel with said North <br />right -of -way line 565 feet to the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Stanley <br />Enterprises, Inc.
