Third PaM Administrator (TPA)means an entity that <br />provides or coordinates one or more drug and/or alcohol <br />testing services to Employers. A TPA typically provides <br />or coordinates the provision of a number of such services <br />and performs administrative tasks concerning the <br />operation of drug and alcohol testing programs for <br />Employers. This term includes, but is not limited to, <br />groups of Employers who join together to administer, <br />as a single entity, the drug and alcohol testing programs <br />of its Employees (e.g., having a combined random <br />testing pool). <br />• Traveler means a craft person who: (a) is coming to <br />work in the geographic area covered by BCRC, and <br />(b) is a member of local union whose jurisdiction is <br />outside of the geographic area covered by BCRC. <br />Unauthorized Test means a drug and/or alcohol test <br />that is: (a) not performed in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Policy, and/or (b) not performed at the <br />request (or direction) of BCRC. Such tests include <br />retests initiated by an Employer and/or an Employee <br />that are not performed at the request (or direction) of <br />BCRC. <br />Union means a Labor Organization that represents <br />Employee(s) who are employed by a Company, or of a <br />Contractor/Employer participant, who is a member of <br />Building and Construction Resource Center, Inc. <br />Vacation Stattis means the status of an Employee who <br />is temporarily removed from the BCRC random pool <br />while on vacation or a non -work related absence. <br />• Verified Test means a drug test result or validity testing <br />result from a HHS-certifies l laboratory that has <br />undergone review and final determination by the MRO. <br />19 <br />
