<br />441.35 feet North and 660 feet West of the center of said Section 6, thence running North 150 feet,
<br />thence West 293.5 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East 293.5 feet to the place of beginning.

<br />is located with the original Resolution.
<br />Councilmember White made a motion to consider the substitute version of this bill.
<br />Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes.
<br />Councilmember King reported that the Community and Economic Development Committee
<br />conducted a Public Hearing on this bill this afternoon, as substituted, and voted to send it to the full
<br />Council with a favorable recommendation.
<br />Ms. Ann Kolata, Senior Redevelopment Specialist, Community & Economic Development, 12th
<br />Floor, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, made the presentation for this bill.
<br />Ms. Kolata advised that before the Council is a preliminary Resolution indicating the Council's
<br />intent to follow through with authorizing a loan for the City of South Bend from the Indiana
<br />Development Finance Authority in an amount not to exceed $1 million. It states the Council's intent
<br />to act on repayment of that loan. An ordinance establishing all the factors related to repayment of
