REGULAR MEETING APRIL 8, 2002 <br />RESOLUTIONS: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3076 -02 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A <br />DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING <br />CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 131 SOUTH <br />TAYLOR STREET, TO BE AN ECONOMIC <br />REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A THREE <br />(3) YEAR REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />AAK PROPERTIES, LLC. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has adopted a <br />Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic Revitalization Areas <br />for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as 131 South <br />Taylor Street, South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows: <br />Parcel II. Lots Numbered One (1) to Twelve (12) as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Jefferson Place Subdivision in the City of South <br />Bend. <br />Parcel III. A lot or parcel of land bounded by a line running as <br />follows, viz: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Bank Out Lot <br />Numbered 46; thence North on the West line of Taylor Street 103.6 <br />feet; thence West 130 3/4 feet; thence curve to left a distance of 76.3 <br />feet on the perimeter of a circle described with a radius of 54.2 feet; <br />thence South 90 West 14.68 feet; thence South 44 feet to a point <br />distant East 31 feet from the Northwest corner of the East Half of <br />Bank Out Lot Numbered 46; thence East 191.15 feet to the place of <br />beginning, all as shown on the First Plat of Out Lots of the Town, <br />now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana. <br />Parcel IV.
