REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 25, 2003 BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2004, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2004, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT This bill had first reading. Councilmember Coleman made a motion to refer this bill to the Personnel and Finance Committee and set it for Public Hearing on September 8, 2003 and Third Reading on September 22, 2003. Councilmember Kuspa seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. BILL NO. 67 -03 FIRST READING ON A BILL FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND NON - BARGAINING EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2004 This bill had first reading. Councilmember Aranowski made a motion to refer this bill to the Personnel and Finance Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading on October 13, 2003. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes.
