CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer have reviewed the plans and <br />specifications and herein certify we will bid the project as specified without exception or deviation. <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer understand conditional <br />proposals will not be accepted and submission of a proposal by a booster pumping system <br />manufacturer, will constitute an incontrovertible representation by the booster pumping system <br />manufacturer that without exception the proposal is premised upon all work as required by these <br />plans and specifications and will be completed fully as specified. <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer understand the Contract <br />Documents are the final authority for acceptance of the work provided. We understand the <br />booster pumping system manufacturer is required to provide the required design with bid <br />submittals. <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer understand the Engineer and <br />Owner shall be considered the sole judge of the merits of the manufacturers design with bid <br />submittal. <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer understand we are eligible to <br />offer equipment proposals for this work provided no exceptions of deviations are taken to the plan <br />design and product specifications and provided we strictly abide by the requirements set forth in <br />the complete design with bid submittal. <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer, understand award of the <br />contract for this work will not be based solely on price. Overall booster pumping system design, <br />price, qualification of the bidder, qualification(s) of subcontractors, and the demonstrated intent <br />by the bidder to adhere to all aspects of these performance plans and specifications will all be <br />factors in determining the award. <br />We the undersigned booster pumping system manufacturer understand this is a <br />performance specification format. Liability for the design and performance of the booster pumping <br />system, telemetry, and SCADA controls as specified herein will remain with the booster system <br />manufacturer.
