<br /> Mr. Derek Spear, Abonmarche Consultants of Indiana,LLC, 1750 Lincolnway East,
<br /> South Bend, Indiana made the presentation for this bill on behalf of Alway Development
<br /> Corp.
<br /> Mr. Spear advised that the petitioner proposes to develop a new thirty-six (36)home
<br /> subdivision. Lot sizes will range from 0.31 acres to 6.06 acres. Approximately twenty
<br /> (20) of the homes will be villas, with an average size of 3,000 square feet. The remaining
<br /> sixteen (16) conventional homes are expected to average 3,500 square feet. The average
<br /> market value of the villa homes is expected to be $300,000 and the average market value
<br /> of the larger conventional homes is expected to be $600,000. The total market value for
<br /> this new development will be approximately$12,500,000.
<br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time.
<br /> There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in
<br /> opposition to this Resolution, Councilmember Varner made a motion to adopt this
<br /> Resolution. Councilmember Kuspa seconded the motion which carried and the
<br /> Resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of eight (8) ayes.
