REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 9,2004, <br /> 1121 N. St. Peter Street. Upon deliberations of the Board of Zoning Appeals the petition is sent <br /> to the Common Council with a Favorable Recommendation. <br /> Mr. Robert Kloska, 1121 N. St. Peter, South Bend, Indiana, made the presentation for this bill. <br /> Mr. Kloska informed that he and his wife purchased the property in November of 2003, and have <br /> been improving it since. There is a 90 year old small building in our property that came <br /> equipped with electricity, gas heat,telephone line, and cable television. It has a history of being <br /> used as an accessory dwelling. Mr. Kloska stated that he would like to gain a special exception <br /> to enable us to use the building in that same way. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br /> There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in opposition to <br /> this Resolution, Councilmember Coleman made a motion to adopt this Resolution. <br /> Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried and the Resolution was adopted by a <br /> roll call vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> Due to inclement weather Council President White entertained a motion to recess and evacuate <br /> to the basement. Councilmember Coleman made a motion to that effect, seconded by <br /> Councilmember Dieter.
