The description should be a summary overview.) <br />The 25th annual St. Patrick's Parade will start at ND Avenue and Jefferson and make its way down Jefferson to <br />Niles, disbanding at Washington, with floats continuing north on Niles and walking units free to walk back. <br />Staging will begin at 9:30 am, and the parade will kick off at 11 am, lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Staging will <br />be similar to the Holiday Light Parade, on Frances from Washington to Wayne, Jefferson from ND Ave to <br />Frances, and we will also add Wayne from ND Ave to Eddy. No parking along the route from B am to 1 pm. <br />Parade route will be closed to traffic 10:30 am to 1 pm.
