DESCRIPTION OF PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR FOUNDATIONS <br />• - PARCEL N0.7A <br />A parcel of land located in the West Half (W%2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW%4) of Section Twelve <br />(12), Township Thirty-Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East of the Second Principal Meridian, <br />all being located in the City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being <br />part of an east-west alley, l4 feet in width, lying midway between Colfax Avenue on the south and <br />LaSalle Street on the north and extending west from Michigan Street, on the east, to Main Street on <br />the west and as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now City of South Bend and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest comer of Lot No. 4, as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now City <br />of South-Bend; thence west, along the south line of said 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 139 feet; <br />thence north; at right angles to the said south line of the 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 2.0 feet; <br />thence east, parallel with and 2.0 feet north of said south line of the 14 feet wide alley, a distance of <br />85 feet; thence north, at right angles to the said south line of the 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 6.0 <br />feet; thence east, parallel with and 8.0 feet north of said south line of the 14 feet wide alley, a <br />distance of 94.0 feet; thence south, at right angles. to the said south line of the 14 feet wide alley, a <br />distance of 8.0 feet to a point on the said south line of the 14 feet wide alley; thence west, along the <br />said south line of the 14 feet wide alley and also being along the north line of said Lot No. 4, a <br />distance of 40 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description and containing 734 feet, more or less. <br />• <br />,~ <br />• <br />
