PARCEL 3 <br />• <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF ALLEY VACATION <br />A pazcel of land located in the West Half (W%2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/4) of Section Twelve <br />(12), Township Thirty-Seven (37) North Range Two (02) East of the Second Principal Meridian, all <br />being located in Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being a part <br />of a 14-feet wide alley (north/south) as shown on the plat of the Original Town, now City of South <br />Bend and being more particulazly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot No. 4, as shown on the said Plat of Original Town, now <br />city of South Bend; thence south along the west line of Lots No. 4 and No. 5 and also being along <br />the east line of said 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 108 feet; thence west, at right angles to said east <br />line of 14-feet wide alley, a distance of 14 feet to a point on the west line of said 14 feet wide alley <br />and also being on the east line of Lot No. 8 of the Original Town, now City of South Bend; thence <br />north, along the said west line of the 14 feet wide alley and also being along the east line of Lots No. <br />8 and 9 of the Plat of the Original Town, now City of South Bend, a distance of 108 feet, more or <br />less to the northeast corner of said Lot No. 9; thence east 14 feet to the Point of Beginning of this <br />description and containing 1,512 square feet more or less. <br />,~ <br />• <br />
