Therefore, all apprenticeship, OJT programs, <br />and training programs are approved by and registered with the USDOL through the union hall(s), and <br />the union hall(s) remain Rieth-Riley's primary source of new applicants. <br />Once hired, individuals who perform work for Rieth-Riley are appropriately classified as either <br />employees or independent contractors under all applicable state and federal laws and local ordinances. <br />Sincerely, <br />
