The Contractor shall comply with all applicable regulations and shall obtain permits for <br />the work as necessary. <br /> <br />B. The Contractor shall obtain all building/construction permits necessary for <br />commencement of the work, including building permits, mechanical permits, plumbing <br />permits, electrical permits, etc. <br /> <br />1.2 PROJECT CLOSEOUT <br /> <br />A. At the completion of the project, provide documentation of all approvals by regulatory <br />agencies prior to final acceptance by the Owner. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION 01062 <br />
