This section outlines requirements for submittals, including initial, as well as periodic <br />submittals required during the course of the project. <br /> <br />B. Submittals shall include Schedule of Values, Project Schedule, Shop Drawings, Product <br />Data, Samples, Applications for Payment, Certificates of Completion, etc. provided <br />throughout the course of the project. <br /> <br />1.1 SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES <br /> <br />A. Provide submittals as outlined herein, unless modified elsewhere in the Specifications. <br /> <br />B. Each submittal shall be accompanied by the Contractor's Standard Transmittal Letter. <br /> <br />C. All submittals shall identify the Project, Contractor, applicable Sub-Contractors and <br />Suppliers and applicable Specification Sections. <br /> <br />D. The Contractor is responsible for coordination and scheduling of all submittals. No <br />allowance will be made for delays caused by the Contractor's failure to properly schedule <br />and to allow time for Owner's Representative and Engineer review. The Owner and <br />Engineer will require approximately 7 days for review, depending on the specific <br />submittal. <br /> <br />E. Identify any deviations from the Contract Documents on the Submittal forms. If <br />submittals are re-submittals, highlight all changes made. <br /> <br />1.2 CONTRACTOR OBLIGATIONS <br /> <br />A. Review of submittals by the Engineer and Owner's Representative is provided as a <br />convenience to the Contractor and shall not be considered as an approval of construction <br />methods, performance, changes in scope, construction details, etc. <br /> <br />B. Review/approval of submittals does not constitute a request for a change order or <br />approval of a change order. <br /> <br />C. Contractor shall make submittals in adequate time to assure an orderly progression of the <br />Work. Rejections and requests for revision to submittals shall not be considered as a <br />basis for construction delay. <br /> <br />D. Contractor shall verify all information contained in submittals for correctness and <br />accuracy, including dimensions, quantities, field measurement data (where appropriate),
