Description of Modifications: <br />a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />Task 105 – On-Call Hydraulic Modeling Services <br /> <br />Engineer will provide water distribution system hydraulic modeling services as <br />requested by the Owner. Services will be requested verbally or in an email. Prior to <br />starting work the Engineer will provide a not to exceed hourly estimate and a schedule <br />to the Owner. Work will be started once the Owner approves the hourly estimate and <br />fee. <br /> <br />Services anticipated to be included under this agreement include modeled pressure and <br />velocity information for pipelines, simulated fire flow results for hydrants, analysis of <br />new developments in the system, and analysis of changes to the system such as facility <br />outages or closed pipelines. Other services may be performed at the request of the <br />Owner. <br /> <br />The Owner’s most up-to-date hydraulic model will be utilized for each analysis. Owner <br />staff will provide background information as necessary to complete each analysis. A <br />summary PowerPoint slide of the modeling results will be provided to the Owner as the <br />deliverable for each on-call request. <br />
