He has over 20 years of <br />experience in design and construction review. Chad has managed and designed <br />several Federal Aid LPA projects that have included roadway design, streetscape <br />improvements, water and sewer design, multi-use paths, and recreational <br />projects. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION AND MUNICIPAL <br /> <br />Chad specializes in the design and implementation of new road projects and the <br />reconstruction of existing roads, as well as streetscape beautification.
