Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> May 10, 1999 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Kelly, made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Varner,that Substitute Bill No. 27-99 be recommended favorably to Council. The <br /> motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Substitute Resolution No. 99-35 which would approve a <br /> petition of the South Bend Board of Zoning Appeals for the property located at 1021-1021 <br /> 1/2 and 1023-1023 1/2 Lincoln Way West. <br /> Catherine M. Brucker, Assistant Zoning Administrator advised the Committee that the <br /> request received a favorable recommendation at the SBBZA meeting of April 15, 1999. <br /> Mr. Robert Forrest, the owner of the property made the presentation.
