The <br /> motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 99-111 which would approve a petition of the <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals for the property located at 231 South Michigan Street. <br /> Mr. Charles S. Leone,the attorney for David L.Hab and Lois Busse, the petitioners, made <br /> the presentation. He noted that his clients wish to convert an office on the second floor <br /> above Dainty Maid Bakery into a 1000 square foot apartment for the use by the owner of <br /> Dainty Maid Bakery. <br /> Following discussion, Citizen Member Carpendar made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Pfeifer that Bill No.99-111 be recommended favorably to Council. <br /> Council Member Hosinski was informed that the petitioner for Bill No. 77-99 had been <br /> contacted and would be at the 7 p.m. Council meeting.
