C � <br /> tommftttt * oat: <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> to tbjt COSMO % tOUtttfx of t jt QC f tg of f0utb Stab: <br /> The December 18, 1995 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was <br /> called to order by its Chairperson Council Member Lee Slavinskas at 3:35 P.M. in the <br /> Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Slavinskas, Coleman, Luecke, <br /> Kelly, Duda, and Ladewski; John Byorni, John Oxian, Jim Korporal, Joe Sergeo, Don <br /> Porter, Citizen Member Doug Carpenter, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Slavinskas noted that the only item on the agenda was to review <br /> Bill No. 65-95 which is a request to establish a historical landmark for a light-post located <br /> at Napoleon and Stanfield in the City of South Bend. <br /> Mr. John Byorni noted that it had been reviewed by the staff of the Area Plan <br /> Commission and that they found no major problems. <br /> Mr.John Oxian made the presentation.He noted that the lamp-post is located in the <br /> middle of the block. <br /> Council Member Steve Luecke spoke in favor of the Bill and noted that the <br /> designation is for the specific lamp-post. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Luecke made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Coleman that substitute Bill No. 65-95 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council.The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 3:40 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member,Lee Slavinskas,Chairperson <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> Attachments <br />
