He stated that the <br /> problem becomes a higher standard verses more difficulty to operate within the City. <br /> Council Member Duda stated that the continuous running and noise has been <br /> ac <br /> reported to her and that she has had first hand knowledge of sleep being disrupted around <br />�' the hours of 2:30 in the morning. <br /> i'! <br /> j'A Following further discussion Council Member Slavinskas, made a motion, <br /> seconded by Council Member Luecke, that Resolution No. 94-88 be recommended <br /> favorable to Council as presented without amendment.
