Committee Report <br /> Zoning and Annexation <br /> May 23, 1994 <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 30-94 which is initiated by the Common <br /> Council "0" office district. Mr. John Byorni made the presentation. He stated that this <br /> ordinance would be similar to the County "0" office which has been in existence for <br /> several years. It would provide developmental standards and height and area restrictions. <br /> Both the staff and the Commission send it to the Council with a favorable recommendation. <br /> He noted that it removes much of the B residential zoning classifications. Mr.Slavinskas <br /> spoke in favor of the proposed Bill.Following discussion, Council Member Duda made a <br /> motion, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski that Bill No. 30-94 be recommended <br /> favorably to Council.The motion passed. <br /> Mr. Byorni noted that there are several other items which the Area Plan staff are <br /> working on which include a business park district planned for the area next to Project <br /> 2010, a miscellaneous ordinance to include areas of concern raised by Mr. Fozo, a <br /> Recycling Drop Off Ordinance,and to streamline the final site plan procedures. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 5:15 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Lee Slavinskas, Chairperson <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> Attachments <br /> KCF:ds <br />
