REGULAR MEETING April 25, 2022 <br />President McBride, I move for passage. <br />Councilmember Niezgodski, seconded. <br />Councilmember Lee, there's been a motion and second. <br />Clerk Jones roll call. <br />President McBride responds with motion for Bill No. 121222 to be moved to the full council with <br />the favorable recommendation. <br />Councilmember Niezgodski, seconded. <br />Clerk Jones responds with roll call of nine (9) ayes. <br />Councilmember Lee, Bill No. 12-22 will be sent to the full council with a favorable <br />recommendation. I will now entertain a motion to arise from the committee of the whole and <br />report back to the full council. Councilmember Lee continues with it has been moved and <br />seconded. Do affirmation of those in favor. This portion is of our meeting is <br />where bills are given a third reading and action is taken regarding bills that were heard during the <br />Committee of the Whole. <br />BILLS ON THIRD READING <br />BILL NO. <br />09-22 THIRD READING ON AN ORDINANCE OF THE <br />COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMMENDING THE <br />ZONING AND ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2413 PRAIRIE COUNCILMANIC <br />DISTRICT #6 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />IN. <br />President McBride requests a recommendation from Councilmember Lee. <br />Councilmember Lee responds, Bill No. 090922 comes to the full council with a favorable <br />recommendation. <br />President McBride now entertains a motion regarding Bill No. 090922. <br />Councilmember Neizgodski made a motion to call for passage of Bill No. 090922. <br />Councilmember Lee seconded the motion. <br />President McBride responds the bill has been moved and seconded.
