STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The Group B Standards allow for ‘treatment’ and ‘renovation’ changes to <br />landmark properties, so as long as they do not alter the style, general form, or massing of the landmark. <br /> <br />The proposal for mounting solar panels is inconspicuous.
