Councilman Taylor then <br /> made a motion seconded by Councilman Barcome that Lincolnway East from <br /> Miami to Ironwood be included with the three year tax abatement period. <br /> The motion passed unanimously. <br /> The Committee then recommended that the bill be filed for first <br /> reading at the next meeting. The City Attorney noted that she has reviewed <br /> the Minority Affair' s recommendations and that several of their concerns <br /> would be addressed within the tax abatement ordinance. It was also suggested <br /> that a separate resolution be prepared for action the same evening as the <br /> tax abatement ordinance for public hearing regarding voluntary affirmative <br /> action. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the <br /> meeting was adjourned at 5 : 00 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Eugenia Braboy, Chairman <br />
