No.: 2101576 <br /> <br />Program: Local Roads and Bridges Matching Grants <br /> <br />Type of Project: HMA Overlay Minor Structural <br /> <br />Location: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A general scope/description of the Project is as follows: <br />The purpose of the project is to mill 1.5" to 3" from the ten (10) selected roadways and resurface with <br />asphalt. The roads selected have a PASER rating 3-5 and are in need of immediate repair before the <br />deteriorate any further causing the roadway to need to be completely reconstructed. The recommended <br />treatment for this project aligns with our Asset Management plan based on the PASER rating for 3-5. Also <br />included in the scope is pavement striping, replacing existing non-compliant ADA curb ramps within the <br />paving limits and adjusting structures as a result of the pavement replacement. Streets included are Kemble <br />Ave, Bowman St, Fairway St, Inglewood Pl (2 segments), Johnson Rd, O'Brien St (2 segments), Phillipa St, <br />and Tutt St.. All street segments are located within the City limits and are public roadways. <br /> <br /> <br />The maximum amount of state funds allocated to the Project is $350,100.00.
