747 Wednesday July 31st, 1 CONDE�Li NATION RESOLUTION NO. 33. Resolved by the Board of Public .Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said city: Begin at the south west corner of lot 12 Raff's lst addition; thence west 45 feet; thence south to the south line of right of way of St. Joseph, South Bend & Southern Railroad; thence e-st 45 feet; thence north to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or be eficially affected by such appropriations: 'Right of Way of St. Joseph, South Bend & Southern Railroad Co. The purpose of such appropriation is to open Catalpa avenue across the St. Joseph, South Bend & Southern Railroad. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of August and on the Sth day of Au �zst, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August, 1907, at 10 A. M. will 'near and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. The purpose of such appropriation is to open Kendall street across the St. Joesph South Bend & Southern Railroad. R. Right of Way: thence north westerly on said south line of right of way to the west line of Scott street; thence north to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: Begin at the south east corner of lot 7 Raff's lst addition; thence south 50 feet thence east 20 feet; t_,,ence north 50 feet; thence west 20 feet to place of beginning.
