8J 74 Friday July 26th. 1907. The Board met in regular session at fO A. ,".. All members present. Petition filed by F. H. Goodman et al asking that the Cu_-b & Walk be combined on the improvement on the extension of Park avenue. GRANTED. X.L.Otis granted an extension of 90 days on Anderson Court Improvement contract. In the matter of the openong of Blaine avenue the same was deferred until Friday August 2nd, 19072 at 10 A. M. In the matter of the Condemnation of a building at No. 905 W. Division street, Paring on same was defe -red until Friday August 9th, 1907, at 10 A.IJI. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 31. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That the allowing described property be appropriated for the use of said city: Kline street shall be opened and extended acro-s the entire Right of Way of the bake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway from its northern terminus in Frank Mayr's Vistula avenue Addition for the width of sixty (60) Feet to the north line of the railway right �. of way. \'J V The fallowing described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected oy sueh appropriation: Right of Way of theLake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Company. t,v The purpose of such appropriation is to open Kline street across the Lake Shore h Michigan Southern Railway Company's Right of Way. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 30th day of July and on the 6th day of August, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board at_its office in the City Hall on the 16th day of August, 1907, at 10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons intererteO in. or affected by these proceedings.
