Tuesday Mar 26th, 1907. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Plat of Maytrs LaPorte avenue Addition filed and approved. In the matter of the pavement on East Washington street the same was deferred until Friday March 29th2 19072 at 10 A. 14. Petition filed for Brick pavement on Bridge street from LaSalle avenue to Colfax avenue. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 432. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of theikind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 25 water connections as per report filed with the Common Council and adopted on the 25th day of February 1907- Said improvement shall be known and designated as the "EAST BRONSON STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and sha'1 be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.. Notice of proposals for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 27th day of March and on the 3rd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 9th day of April 1907. Adopted this 26th day of March 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION,NO. 433. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvementbe made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 49 water connections and 54 sewer connections on West Jefferson street as per report filed with the Common Council and adopted on the 25th day of Feb 1907- Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as'"THE JEFFERSON STREET SEWER & WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT* and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, Filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 27th day of March and on the 3rd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 45 water connections on Michigan avenue as per report filed with the Common Counil and adopted on the 25th day of Feb, 1907- Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MICHIGAN AVENUE WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed accord- ing to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed here- with. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of. the above work shall be pub- lished on the 27th day of March and on the 3rd day of Apri1,1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Council and adopted on the 25th day of February 1907- Said improvement shall be known and desig- nated as "THE CRESCENT AVENUE WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 27th day of March and on the 3rd day of April 1907, in the South Bead Daily Times.
