sday September 25th, 1906. The Board met in regular session at 10A. M. All members present. • Bond of James Nelson & Co filed and approved and contract signed for the South Bend avenue Brick Pavement. Bond of Hoban & Roach filed and approved and contract signed for the Miami street Pipe Sewer. Hearing on the Fisher & Kosciuszko street Grade, Curb & Walk Assessment Rolls, deferred until Wednesday September 26th, 1906, at 10 A. M. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 410./'--/ Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, -location and terminal points as follows: Three water connections on North Taylor street from Michigan avenue to Marion street, according to a report adopted by the Common Council on the 27th day of August 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE NORTH TAYLOR STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 25th day of September anD on the 2M day of October 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids tip-_•t6'._10 A. M. on the 6th -day of October 1906. Adopted -this 25th day of September 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 411. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE SOUTH BEND AVENUE.WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to thepland and specifl cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above works shall be published on the 25th day of September and on the 2nd day of October 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times.
