The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent. Contract signed with Hoban & Roach for Pipe -Sewer from No. S Hose House to Washington street sewer. Bond of Charles Coussens & Co. released for the Allen street Pipe Sewer Bond of H. DeVos & Co released for the Johnson & Washington street°Pipe Sewer. Bids were opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation for: Alley South of Wayne street South Bend avenue North Taylor street Notre Deme street Ford street College street 41 Llnden avenue Miami street Cleveland avenue Vassar avenue Quincy street Blaine avenue Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Pipe Sewer Pipe Sewer Pipe Sewer Pipe Sewer Grade, Curb & Walk Grade, Curb & Walk Grade, Curb & Walk Grade, Curb & Walk. President. TUESDAY EVENING SEPTEMBER 19TH, 1906, SPECIAL SESSION AT 7:15 P. M. The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. Hearing on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Walk on Fisher street and Rosciuszko street, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. �6 i resp, deferred until Friday morning September 21st, 1906, at 10 A. M. Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for PipeSewer on LaPorte avenue from Washington street to Alley North; Sewer Connections on East Washington street from Emerick street to Eddy street; Sewer Connections on Cushing street from LaSalle avenue to Michigan avenue, under Improvement resolutions Nos. 3472 3E7 and 369 respectively. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 5th, 19062 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed September 5th 1906, and the finl estimates allowed Sept 5th, 1906, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
