REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 22, 2012 BILL NO. 50-12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND REQUESTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2222 WEST WASHINGTON, COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 2 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BILL NO. 51-12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND REQUESTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1243 & 1247 CAMPEAU, SOUTH BEND, COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 4 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to refer Bill Nos. 48-12; 50-12 and 51-12 to the Zoning and Annexation Committee and set them for Public Hearing and Third Reading on November 12, 2012. Councilmember White seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. NEW BUSINESS Councilmember Henry Davis, Jr., announced that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission th will be meeting Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 4 Floor County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana to discuss the Fellow Street Project. He encouraged all to attend. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Jesse Davis, P.O. Box 10205 South Bend, Indiana, asked why there are so many interim city employees. He also asked what percentage of franchise fees from Comcast go to public access? Sam Brown, 222 E. Navarre, South Bend, Indiana, questioned where he needed to get a lawyer. He stated that some people have been sending threats to the red shirts. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Council, President Derek D.
