Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> June 10, 2002 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Council Member King then made a motion, seconded by Council Member Aranowski that Bill No. <br /> 40-02 be continued until June 24th at the request of the Petitioner to permit the petitioner to meet <br /> and discuss with the City Administration a mutually acceptable resolution of the issues related to <br /> the proposed vacation. The motion passed. <br /> Under miscellaneous business, Director of Public Works Gary Gilot noted that he had provided a <br /> written update on the police/fire facilities project.
