<br />adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as
<br />Residentially Distressed Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and

<br />WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known 6735
<br />BLACKTHORN HARBOR DRIVE, 6747 BLACKTHORN HARBOR DRIVE (OR
<br />4808 ORANGE ROAD), 4736 ORANGE ROAD (OR 6740 BLACKTHORN HARBOR
<br />DRIVE) AND 6716 BLACKTHORN HARBOR DRIVE (OR 4739 PORTSIDE DRIVE)
<br />ALL IN THE VILLAS AT LAKE BLACKTHORN – SECTION II, South Bend, Indiana,
<br />and which is more particularly described as follows:
