Staff have some concern that the size and location of the structure may cause some Zoning (setback / lot
coverage) issues.

The structure would be visible from the street through the space between 518 South St. Joseph and 522 South St.
Joseph Street. Staff have suggested that landscaping could help with shielding the structure from that perspective.

STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES: TAYLOR’S FIELD
I. THE ENVIRNOMENT
A.
