Wayne Street <br />South Bend, IN 46615 <br />East Wayne Street Historic District <br />PROPOSAL <br />The ot%iner proposes to expand the existing kitchen by adding <br />a. 10 foot by 14 foot addition to the north side of the <br />residence. The new addition wi 1 1 require the removal of an <br />original 3' x rear hip roof entry appendage. The roof <br />tali l l be a lore gable roof with ease and gutter to match the <br />original as closely as possible. The surface material will <br />be brick with the owner proposing to reuse brick removed <br />from the rear wall and appendage and brick removed from the <br />rear wall of the garage. Openings on the addition vii 1 1 <br />consist of 1 Norco casement windovi vii th muttons and screens <br />topped t,.li th 1 Norco Arch wi ndovi on the north elevation and <br />Norco full view door with full view side dead lights on the <br />east elevation. <br />STANDARDS <br />III.
