Mr. Relos noted that the Contract for Sale of Land <br /> would be written to prohibit certain land uses since it is adjacent to Ignition Park. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission accepted the proposal from Danch Harner and Associates for the scope of <br /> services and fee proposed, contingent upon a Contract for Sale of Land. <br /> D. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> E. South Side Development Area <br /> (1) Proposal for engineering services for the Ireland Road corridor <br /> Mr. Inks noted that Wightman Petrie has submitted a proposal to provide survey services to <br /> aid the acquisition services being provided by DLZ in the Ireland Road corridor. The cost <br /> for the survey services is $3,680. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved the proposal from Wightman Petrie for the scope of services and fee <br /> proposed. <br /> F. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br /> G. Douglas Road Development Area <br /> H. Other <br /> (1) Memorandum of Understanding with the City of South Bend, Indiana and the <br /> University of Notre Dame Du Lac related to the use of Certified Tech Park funds. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission tabled Item 6.H.(1) until the November 8, 2012 meeting. <br /> 7.
