Public Hearings <br /> (1) continued... <br /> South Side Development Area, Resolution No. 3085 $5,700,000 <br /> Allocation Area No. 1 Fund <br /> South Side Development Area Resolution No. 3086 $500,000 <br /> Allocation Area No. 3 Fund <br /> Douglas Road Economic Resolution No. 3087 $450,000 <br /> Development Area No. 1 Fund <br /> Airport Bond Debt Service Reserve Resolution No. 3090 $5,000 <br /> Blackthorn Golf Debt Service Reserve Resolution No. 3091 $326,050 <br /> Downtown Bond Debt Service Reserve Resolution No. 3092 $6,000 <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file is complete, containing: (1) A copy of the <br /> Resolution No. 3078 setting the public hearing; (2) a copy of the Notice of Hearing; (3) a <br /> copy of Resolutions No. 3079, 3080, 3081, 3082, 3083, 3084, 3085, 3086, 3087, 3090, <br /> 3091, and 3092; (4) an affidavit from Kim Wilson, Publisher of the South Bend Tribune, <br /> that the Notice of Hearing was published in that newspaper on October 12, 2012; (5) and an <br /> affidavit from Jason Jolly, Classified Manager of the Tri-County News, that the Notice of <br /> Hearing was published in that newspaper on October 12, 2012. <br /> Ms. Jones opened the public hearing on Resolutions No. 3079, 3080, 3081, 3082, 3083, <br /> 3084, 3085, 3086, 3087, 3090, 3091, and 3092 for whoever wished to be heard. There was <br /> no one who wished to be heard. Ms. Jones closed the public hearing for whatever action <br /> the Commission wished to take. <br /> (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 3079. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3079 appropriating tax increment financing revenues <br /> from allocation Area No. 1 Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses <br /> related to the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 <br /> (3) Consideration of Resolution No. 3080. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3080 a supplemental appropriation resolution of the <br /> South Bend Redevelopment District (South Bend Allocation Area No. IA) Special Fund <br /> (SBCDA) <br /> (4) Consideration of Resolution No. 3081. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3081 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> 20 <br />
