Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3082 a supplemental appropriation resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment District Special Fund (DMSD) (7) Consideration of Resolution No. 3083. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3083 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area. (8) Consideration of Resolution No. 3084. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3084 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area #2. (9) Consideration of Resolution No. 3085. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3085 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the South Side Development Area Allocation Area No. 1.
