South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — October 11, 2012 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 3075 approving and authorizing the execution of an <br />Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement (Demolition of <br />homes within AEP electric pole easement by realigned SR23) <br />(2) Filing of Resolution No. 3102 confirming a resolution <br />amending the Development Plan for the South Bend Central <br />Development Area and adopting the Master Plan for the <br />Howard Park Neighborhood and setting a public hearing for <br />9:30 a.m., November 8, 2012. <br />Mr. Kain noted that this South Bend Central Development Area <br />item was mistakenly listed under the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford and <br />unanimously carried the Commission accepted for filing <br />Resolution No. 3102, set a public hearing on Resolution No.3102 <br />for 9:30 a.m., November 8, 2012, and authorized publication of the <br />Notices of Hearing for such. <br />(3) Resolution No. 3099 setting a public hearing for 9:30 a.m., <br />November 8, 2012, on the appropriation of certain TIF <br />revenues for the payment of certain obligations and expenses <br />related to this respective allocation area and other related <br />matters. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the obligations that will be appropriated are <br />payments to the Major Moves fund. Resolution No. 3099 sets the <br />public hearing on that appropriation. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Alford and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 3099 setting a public hearing for 9:30 a.m., November 8, 2012, <br />on the appropriation of certain TIF revenues for the payment of <br />certain obligations and expenses related to this respective <br />allocation area and other related matters. <br />F. Douglas Road Economic Development Area <br />There was no business in the Douglas Road Economic Development <br />Area. <br />
