Murphy, to build a single-family <br /> home at 1038 Notre Dame Avenue. Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form,, <br /> and supporting information. <br /> The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner proposes to <br /> build a single-family home at a cost of$450,000 - $500,000. The project meets the qualifications for a <br /> (5) five-year real property tax abatement.
