without limitation, unauthorized discharges, releases, or overflows from the collection system. The District shall concurrently provide to South Bend a copy of any reports submitted hereunder. H) South Bend will charge the District a Base Monthly Charge (based upon an equivalent Meter Size) and a Treatment Charge (based upon usage) at their standards rates set forth in the City of South Bend Sewer Use and Rate Ordinance ("South Bend Ordinance"). Initially the parties agree that equivalent Meter Size is three (3) inches.
