REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 There being no one else present wishing to speak either in favor of or in opposition to this bill, Councilmember Dieter made a motion for favorable recommendation to full Council concerning this bill. Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes and one (1) nay (Councilmember Henry Davis) RISE AND REPORT Councilmember Henry Davis made a motion to rise and report to the full Council. BILLS - THIRD READING ORDINANCE NO. 10187-12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING, ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE SOUTH BEND` PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CORPORATION’S 2013 BUDGET AND LEVYING THE TAX AND FIXING THE RATE OF THE TAXATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING REVENUE TO FUND THE SOUTH BEND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CORPORATION, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2013 This bill had third reading.
