5 i. Debris removal equipment, consisting of: Two oversized containers, a broom, shovel, fluid absorbent (floor-dri), safety chains, straps, and emergency beacons. iii. Company employees are provided with reflective uniforms, vests/jackets that meet OSHA/ANSI requirements. All employees are required to wear reflective clothing when on scene or during transport of removal vehicles. ASAP Towing as well as all employees of the company agree to and shall be available for inspection should the City make the request; and subject to random inspections to ensure quality performance. ASAP Towing currently operates a daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety check of all vehicles and the storage facility. It is the responsibility of all employees to comply with safety and cleaning checks. ASAP agrees to continue these standards to ensure the safety of both its employees and customers. ASAP agrees to report to the City, in writing, any changes, additions or deletions from the company's tow truck fleet used under this contract. ASAP Towing owns and operates two commercial properties. To better serve our customers our main lot location is located within city limits, on the local South Bend City Transpo bus line and two (2) miles from the South Bend Police Department. Our second location is an overflow lot for vehicles that are not on a police hold and over thirty days old. This location is also on the local South Bend City Transpo bus line and four and one half (4.5) miles from the South Bend Police Department. o 1906 S. Olive Street— houses the main office, indoor storage facilities, and outdoor storage. o 55303 Mayflower Road — houses outdoor storage of vehicles not on a police hold and any vehicles beyond thirty (30) days old. ASAP Towing owns both properties and does not share storage facilities with any other company to ensure the preservation and security of stored vehicles.
