5 <br />i. Debris removal equipment, consisting of: Two oversized containers, a broom, <br />shovel, fluid absorbent (floor-dri), safety chains, straps, and emergency beacons. <br />iii. Company employees are provided with reflective uniforms, vests/jackets that <br />meet OSHA/ANSI requirements. All employees are required to wear reflective <br />clothing when on scene or during transport of removal vehicles. <br />ASAP Towing as well as all employees of the company agree to and shall be available for inspection <br />should the City make the request; and subject to random inspections to ensure quality performance. <br />ASAP Towing currently operates a daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety check of all vehicles and the <br />storage facility. It is the responsibility of all employees to comply with safety and cleaning checks. <br />ASAP agrees to continue these standards to ensure the safety of both its employees and customers. <br />ASAP agrees to report to the City, in writing, any changes, additions or deletions from the company's <br />tow truck fleet used under this contract. <br />ASAP Towing owns and operates two commercial properties. To better serve our customers <br />our main lot location is located within city limits, on the local South Bend City Transpo bus line <br />and two (2) miles from the South Bend Police Department. Our second location is an overflow <br />lot for vehicles that are not on a police hold and over thirty days old. This location is also on the <br />local South Bend City Transpo bus line and four and one half (4.5) miles from the South Bend <br />Police Department. <br />o 1906 S. Olive Street— houses the main office, indoor storage facilities, and <br />outdoor storage. <br />o 55303 Mayflower Road — houses outdoor storage of vehicles not on a police hold <br />and any vehicles beyond thirty (30) days old. <br />ASAP Towing owns both properties and does not share storage facilities with any other <br />company to ensure the preservation and security of stored vehicles. <br />
