• Empty = Red <br />To further alert the pump operator, the refill light will start flashing when the water level drops below the <br />1/4 mark. <br />PUMP PANEL ILLUMINATION <br />Illumination of the pump operator's panel will be accomplished with the compartment interior lighting. <br />The lighting will be controlled by the opening and closing of the compartment door(s). <br />There will be two (2) TecNiq, Model E10-W000-1, 12 volt DC white LED light(s) with a fabricated <br />aluminum angled bracket with all wiring totally enclosed to angle the light downward installed above the <br />passengerpurnp-panel- <br />The light(s) will be operated from a switch on the pump panel. <br />ADDITIONAL STEP/LIGHT SHIELD <br />There will be an additional aluminum treadplate stepping surface no less than 8.00" deep and properly <br />reinforced to support a man's weight, installed over the passenger's side pump panel. <br />• There will be 12 volt DC white LED lights installed under the step to illuminate the controls, <br />switches, essential instructions, gauges, and instruments necessary for the operation of the <br />apparatus. These lights will be activated by the pump panel light switch. Additional lights will <br />be included every 18.00" depending on the size of the pump house. <br />There will be one (1) white LED, step light provided above the step. In order to ensure exceptional <br />illumination, each step light will provide a minimum of 25 foot-candles (fc) covering an entire 15.00" x <br />15.00" square placed 10.00" below the light and a minimum of 1.5 fc covering an entire 30.00" x 30.00" <br />square at the same 10.00" distance below the light. The step light will be activated by the pump panel <br />light switch. <br />AIR HORN SYSTEM <br />There will be two (2) Grover air horns recessed in the front bumper. The horn system will be piped to <br />the air brake system wet tank utilizing 0.38" tubing. A pressure protection valve will be installed in -line <br />to prevent loss of air in the air brake system. <br />Air Horn Location <br />The air horns will be located on each side of the bumper, towards the outside. <br />AIR HORN CONTROL <br />Two (2) lanyard rope pull controls will be provided, one (1) within reach of the driver and one (1) within <br />reach of the officer. <br />ELECTRONIC SIREN <br />A Whelen®, Model 295SLSA1, electronic siren with noise canceling microphone will be provided. <br />This siren to be active when the battery switch is on and that emergency master switch is on. <br />74 of 89 <br />
