Each tray will be mounted on a pair of side mounted slides. The slide mechanisms will have ball <br />bearings for ease of operation and years of dependable service. The slides will be mounted to shelf <br />tracks to allow the tray to be adjustable up and down within the designated mounting location. <br />An automatic lock will be provided for both the in and out tray positions. The lock trip mechanism will be <br />located at the front of the tray and will be easily operated with a gloved hand. <br />The location(s) will be determined at a later date <br />MATTING, COMPARTMENT SHELVING <br />Turtle Tile compartment matting will be provided in seven (7) shelves. The locations are, <br />compartments tbd. <br />The color of the Turtle Tile will be black. <br />MATTING, COMPARTMENT FLOOR <br />Turtle Tile compartment matting will be provided in seven (7) compartments on the compartment floor. <br />The locations are, all compartment floors. <br />The Turtle Tile will be black and the leading edge of the matting will include the beveled edge. The <br />beveled edge will be black. <br />RUB RAIL <br />Bottom edge of the side compartments will be trimmed with a bright aluminum extruded rub rail. <br />Trim will be 3.12" high with 1.50" flanges turned outward for rigidity. <br />The rub rails will not be an integral part of the body construction, which allows replacement in the event <br />of damage. <br />Rub rails will be attached with bolts and spaced from the body with isolators that will help to absorb any <br />moderate impact without damaging the body. <br />BODY FENDER CROWNS <br />Polished stainless steel fender crowns will be provided around the rear wheel openings. <br />A fender liner constructed of unpainted brushed stainless will be provided to avoid paint chipping. The <br />liners will be removable to aid in the maintenance of rear suspension components. <br />A dielectric barrier will be provided between the fender crown fasteners (screws) and the fender sheet <br />metal to prevent corrosion. <br />The fender crowns will be held in place with stainless steel screws that thread directly into a composite <br />nut and not directly into the parent body sheet metal to eliminate dissimilar metals contact and -greatly <br />reduce the chance for corrosion. <br />HARD SUCTION HOSE <br />Hard suction hose will not be required. <br />62 of 89 <br />
