Staff report on acquisition of property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that one counter offer <br />was received from Richard Voss for <br />property located at 730 and 732 E. Wenger <br />St. The original purchase price for the wo <br />properties was $33,000. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer in <br />the amount of $78,000. <br />Mrs. Kolata commented that the counter <br />offer suggests that Mr. Voss be paid <br />$78,000 that would include both the <br />property that has the duplex and the vacant <br />lot. This amount would include all of his <br />relocation cost, (replacement housing <br />payment) of $22,000 and all moving costs. <br />The owner will pay all real estate taxes, <br />liens and judgements against the property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />from Richard Voss in the amount of <br />$78,000 for property located at 730 and <br />732 E. Wenger Street. This amount <br />includes all of his relocation cost, <br />(replacement housing payment of $22,000) <br />and all moving costs. Owner will pay all <br />real estate taxes, liens and judgements <br />against the property. <br />v.
