One shed -roof <br />addition on the south side (unknown date), enclosed porch/entrance at northeast corner. Street -facing <br />windows are casement, south facing windows are 1/1 Double Hung. Aluminum siding. Detached garage <br />facing the southern alley. <br />ALTERATIONS: COA 2006-0926, replace kitchen window double hung sash with Pella Double Hung <br />Jambliner Precision Fit Window sash. Wood sash with exterior aluminum cladding. COA 2007-0426, <br />remove non-functioning chimney on main roof. COA 2007-0601A, three -layer complete tear off and <br />install new 30 year shingle asphalt, ice and water shield at all edges and valleys. COA 2009-0623, <br />remove 2 Cedar trees — dying and nuisance on east side of house between 406 Manitou and house <br />(`approved by Brent'). <br />APPLICATION ITEMS: Installing 20 solar panels on southern roof (roofs) — invisible from street. No <br />other exterior changes except for a disconnect box on rear of house beside electric meter. <br />From additional attached document: <br />"Install 20 39" x 77" Mitsubishi 360W solar panels on the south -facing roofs (see attached diagram). <br />Each panel will have an optimizer on its underside. The panels will be mounted on the shingled roofs on <br />racks 5 inches off the roof, flush with the roof slope. <br />A disconnect box, measuring approximately 12" x 4" will be mounted on the rear of the house beside the <br />electric meter. <br />All of the installation can be removed after installation with no alteration or damage to the existing <br />structure. The project is completely reversible. - <br />Because the house faces north nothing will be visible from the street (see photographs). The placement of <br />the garage and trees at the rear of the property and height of the roofs means that the panels will also be <br />
