Proposed materials for the Madison remodel as follows: 1) SIDING: We will remove the existing cedar shake siding that is in disrepair, with pieces missing. We will then encapsulate the existing wood siding underneath that may have lead paint issues as well as degraded conditions, with Tyveck wind wrap. We then propose to install LP Smart siding with a Quad 4" pattern to mimic the existing siding. This will insure a better finish and low maintenance.
