This property is zoned <br />"MF I" Urban Corridor Multifamily District. <br />The above -referenced property has the following violations: <br />1. The failure to obtain an improvement location permit when one is required by the terms <br />and provisions of this Ordinance, Section 21-100(2), specifically doing construction <br />remodeling without application for applicable building permits. <br />2.
