Roll call was <br />ordered. <br />Commissioner Gellman voted (AYE): I vote to deny the application, as the property was not done <br />to the standards of this particular district, and was done without a Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />Commissioner Parker voted (AYE): I vote to deny the application based upon lack of <br />information in the Certificate of Appropriateness application and the use of vinyl windows. <br />Commissioner Anderson voted (AYE): I vote to deny due to lack of additional information, <br />change of material, and lack of representation so as to understand the work that was completed and <br />plans for the future. <br />Commissioner Hertel voted (AYE): I vote to deny due to lack of information, the use of vinyl <br />windows, and that the old windows were not observed, so it is unknown if they could have been <br />repaired. <br />Commissioner Klusczinski voted (AYE): I vote in favor of the motion to deny the application, as <br />there is lack of representation from the applicant this evening, there is a lack of information, and <br />the project proposes a change of material that is not in keeping with the Standards and Guidelines <br />for the Edgewater Place Historic District. <br />Commissioner Gordon voted (AYE): I vote 'Aye' to deny the application, as there is no <br />representation, although it wouldn't have made a difference due to the inappropriate materials and <br />the lack of a certificate of appropriateness applied for prior to the work being completed. <br />Commissioner Molnar voted (AYE): I vote to deny the application due to the applicant not <br />being present to answer questions and also do to the lack of information being provided. <br />Seven in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 7 — 0 COA#2017-1101B is denied unanimously. <br />III.
